Job Description
We are looking for smart, sharp, hardworking industrial engineering students who loves to work in high tempo and looking for a meaningful long term experience in material planning in high complexity & challenging business environment.

Our Team: Material Change Management, in NPI & Planning Solutions Group, Operations division
What you'll be doing:
Material Change Management student in the PDC Operations division will be integrated into a global, cross‑collaborative team, working closely with multiple functions across Planning, Supply Chain, and R&D. In this role, you will gain extensive knowledge in planning and supply chain processes, using it to drive and lead projects, set timelines based on business environment understanding, operate independently, guide a team located in India, and perform analyses that support continuous improvement.
The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast & analytical thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.
What you should have?
3rd year student for B.S.C in industrial engineeringCommitment to work at least 3 days a week from our campus in RehovotAbility to gain cooperation of others, cooperate and lead complex interfaces with no authorityAbility to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independentlyVery good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinkerHigh interpersonal skills, ability to lead and cooperate with complex interfacesGood verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to an audienceExcellent English - speaking and writing Who we are?
