Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and lead complex programs for one of our key accounts. This role requires an experienced professional with strong technical program management expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex programs within the Technical Professional Services practiceImplement and maintain program management processes and best practicesLead and coordinate program teams of anywhere from 5-30 members, including both on-shore and off-shore resourcesMonitor program budgets and track program metrics and KPIsDevelop and maintain project plans based on KPI and deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate crossfunctional collaborationDrive business development initiatives through excellent delivery and client relationship managementIdentify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional service offeringsEnsure consistent client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationshipsOwn program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engineering workstreams.Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom programs with customer technical and leadership teams.Lead executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions.Proactively manage customer expectations, risks, and escalations.Build trusted advisor relationships with telecom clients and internal leadership. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in leading complex technical programsExperience in client-facing roles managing program delivery and stakeholder relationshipsProven track record of managing teams of 5-30 membersStrong technical background with experience in managing software development or data-focused projectsDemonstrated experience in budget management and tracking program financialsExcellent contractual documentation management skillsProficiency in implementing program management methodologies and best practicesExperience working with both on-shore and off-shore teamsExpertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Airtable and/or other Project Management toolsProven track record in business development and growing client accountsWork out of Insight Global's Dallas or Atlanta office 4 days a week. 10+ years of experience in leading complex technical programs in telecom industryStrong technical background with experience in managing network rollout or telecom software services projectsExperience with Agile and traditional project management methodologiesKnowledge of data technologies and applicationsIndustry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
