Responsibilities
The Client Solutions team is responsible for driving campaign success and client growth, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. The team partners with leading agencies and brands across Europe to educate, inform, and support them as TikTok continues to evolve as a key advertising platform.
This Fixed Term Contract role will focus on the Commerce verticals (incl Retail, Fashion, QSR, Auto & Tech), supporting local and international clients across different stages of maturity and helping them scale their investment, improve performance, and unlock the full value of TikTok.
Responsibilities - Build and progressively grow client portfolios by identifying and securing win-win business opportunities across the sales cycle, including acquisition, retention, and upsell. - Execute effectively against KPI metrics, targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by the management team. - Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, company updates, platform best practices, and relevant solutions for their business needs. - Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions focused on measurable business results for client partners. - Support the team in managing relationships with key clients and agency partners across media, creative, and marketing teams. - Help clients and agencies understand product solutions and best practices to grow existing business and improve campaign performance. - Plan media activations and maintain an accurate record of pending, active, and upcoming campaign plans. - Support the management of campaign schedules, budgets, and ad placement availability. - Work with product and campaign execution teams to ensure ad specifications, rates, setup, reporting, and optimization are accurate and aligned with client objectives. - Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions, formats, and placements. - Knowledge and proven experience in strategic planning and sales approaches. - Experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - High oral and written fluency in Spanish and English, required to communicate directly with stakeholders and vendors across Spain and Europe.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in account management, client solutions, sales, media planning, or digital advertising roles. - Self-starter and fast learner, with a proactive mindset and start-up spirit. - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. - Ability to coordinate different stakeholder interests, priorities, and requests at the same time. - Experience managing highly structured business environments. - Deep understanding of measurement solutions and how to leverage them to prove TikTok's value to clients.
