About this role
• Own all hotel marketing touchpoints—traditional, digital, social, and B2B—ensuring they align with Tribe’s edgy, contemporary standards and the resort’s commercial goals.
• Execute the annual marketing plan in sync with the GM and cluster commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B, and cluster teams to deliver targeted promotions & campaigns
• Oversee hotel photography and video shoots
• Build and manage a library of photo & video assets
• Create and maintain all hotel & marketing collateral
• Craft and execute a bold social media strategy to boost engagement, grow followers, and amplify the hotel’s digital presence
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Lead the creation and publishing of on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel’s marketing team
• Provide regular stakeholder reports on marketing
Bring proven hotel Marcom expertise to drive marketing and communications, amplify brand positioning, guest engagement and revenue across Rooms and F&B.
• A dynamic, high-energy creative professional with exceptional written and verbal English language skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Calm under pressure, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
