JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Manager, Corporate & MICE is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and management of Corporate, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business for both Raffles Sentosa Singapore and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa.

This role plays a vital part in positioning both properties as leading destinations for high-end corporate travel, executive meetings, and premium events, while consistently delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the service excellence of the Raffles and Sofitel brands.

What you will be DOING:

Corporate & MICE Sales DevelopmentProactively source, negotiate, and close new Corporate and MICE business for both hotels.Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts, MICE planners, event agencies, and production companies.Develop tailored proposals and event solutions that maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation.Drive revenue through strategic prospecting, account penetration, and pipeline development.Account Management & Client RelationshipsBuild long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel managers, and event planners.Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, FAM trips, and contract reviews.Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems.Support key accounts with end-to-end sales coordination from enquiry through event execution.Market Positioning & Brand RepresentationRepresent Raffles Sentosa as a premier luxury resort destination and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa as a leading premium lifestyle resort for corporate and event travel.Participate in sales missions, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.Ensure all client engagements reflect each brand’s identity, service standards, and luxury positioning.Commercial & Performance ManagementAchieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, room night production, and conversion goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client performance to identify new opportunities.Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and event execution. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILL INCLUDE

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, with strong exposure to Corporate and MICE segments.Experience in luxury or premium hotel environments preferred.Proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage high-value corporate and event accounts.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Key Competencies:
