About this role
As a Quality Manager (m/f/diverse), you will ensure compliance with customer requirements, international standards, and legal obligations while driving continuous improvement across plant operations. This role focuses on audits, incident management, quality reporting, and supporting key projects to maintain and enhance overall quality performance.
Key responsibilities:
Support operational organization to achieve quality targets and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with customer requirements, international standards, legal, and contractual obligationsCoordinate and manage internal/external incidents, including proper documentationConduct and support internal audits and launch management activitiesMaintain PLC process standards and participate in plant-wide standardizationCreate PPAP packages based on project documentation according to customer/internal requirementsSupport Run & Rate activities to meet customer expectationsConsult plant management on quality policy and strategic topicsPromote quality awareness and deliver training within the plant organizationMonitor and report quality-related KPIs; drive improvement measures Degree in engineering or equivalent education with a strong operational focusExperience in the automotive or railway sector, with a focus on quality and productionKnowledge of management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 22163, VDA standards, customer-specific requirements)Knowledge of SAP and ExcelPractical Project and Process ExperienceInitial experience in quality or production environmentsSkills in project management, lean management, process improvementVery good proficiency in German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skillsApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
