About this role
The North America Financial Services and Data (FSD) Renewals Team, dedicated to managing our top 40–50 renewals, is looking for a Program and Operations Director to lead renewal programs, optimize processes, and drive innovation. You will report to the VP, Renewals.
What you'll do
You will lead projects across two core areas:
1. Project Management
Oversee large-scale FSD renewal opportunities, ensuring seamless execution.Plan, organize and manage renewal processes across multiple projects.Coordinate daily activities with cross-functional stakeholders; provide clear task assignments and guidance.Manage program-level deliverables and interdependencies across organizational boundaries.Build trust and resolve communication challenges with stakeholders at all levels.Create and measure value stream key performance indicators (KPIs)Develop executive-level presentations highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.2. Process Optimization & Innovation
Identify constraints and facilitate quick improvementsFacilitate development of standard operating procedures for activities to standardize processesDesign and implement process artifacts, templates, and best practices.Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and scalability, using Experian's AI capabilities to improve renewal outcomes.Establish transparent feedback mechanism for continuous improvementUnderstand organizational dynamics and their impact on FSD clients to lead meaningful change.
Education & Experience: BA/BS degree (or equivalent), 5–10 years of relevant experience.Project Management Expertise: PMP certification, experience of methodologies and tools.Leadership & Influence: Lead without formal authority, inspire teams, and remove roadblocks.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict managementChange Agent: Experienced in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial servicesInnovation Mindset: Experience with building structure to scale GenAI responsibly and sustainably. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
