About this role
As a Business Analyst I, you will help transform data into relevant insights that support Experian Consumer Services (ECS) products and services. You will use your analytical skills and technical expertise to develop queries, create dashboards, and provide recommendations that enhance decision-making and customer experience. You will report to the Software Development Manager Senior.
Responsibilities:
You will develop SQL queries to analyze and interpret data for relevant insights.Implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and support our goals as a subject matter expert (SME).Monitor and review important metrics, including measurements, Service Level Agreements, and performance thresholds.Collaborate with teams to conduct ad hoc research, impact analysis, and validate issue resolutions.You will design and present Tableau dashboards to communicate business insights to diverse audiences.Build relationships with partners and external vendors to ensure collaboration and delivery. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL development and data analysis.Proficiency in data profiling, including data discovery, cleansing, and validation.Convey findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and professional manner.We prefer experience with Alteryx, Airflow or similar tools; candidates familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau are desirable.Knowledge of cloud environments and big data technologies (e.g., AWS RedShift, Data Lake) is a plus.
