Job Description – Store Assistant About Zulzi At Zulzi, we are South African pioneers of super- fast delivery. We deliver all groceries from fresh fruit to pet food in 15 minutes. Yes, 15 minutes! We have been delivering groceries all over South Africa since 2016. In 2023 we've grown our own network of Dark Stores to offer 15-minute delivery to many more South Africans.
We are hiring driven store assistants in the following areas: Johannesburg & Pretoria
Responsibilities
• Pick and shop for Zulzi customers’ shopping baskets
• Manually condense stock and handle products with care to maintain product quality
• Replenish products on shelves within your assigned store
• Champion the reduction of food waste and manage quality control
• Receive and handle deliveries into the store from suppliers
• Pack and handle stock to be transferred to other stores
• Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory levels and store cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Retail experience is preferred but not vital.
