Children's Entertainment Coordinator (Casual)Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children in designated play areas, including the marquee and inflatables, ensuring their safety at all times. • Plan and organise creative activities and events, such as treasure hunts and performing arts, tailored to different age groups. • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment, reporting any issues promptly. • Conduct daily safety checks of the inflatables area and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed. • Source and purchase items for the marquee and assist in planning its setup each season. • Provide first aid and take appropriate action in the event of accidents or emergencies. • Care for and ensure the well-being of any animals belonging to the client, reporting any concerns to the Office Manager. • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the children’s play equipment, reporting any issues immediately. • Research ideas and refine proposals for both inflatables and arcade games. • Help in the planning and execution of birthday parties and events for the children. • Provide cover for colleagues during absences. • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in a similar role working with children. • Current First Aid qualification.
