DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel. May be responsible for cleaning hotel guests’ personal items. Ensures work area is neat and orderly Sorts, washes, dries, folds, and stores linens according to established procedures. Sweeps and cleans work area and cleans/mops restrooms. Performs routine maintenance on the laundry equipment, such as cleaning dryer traps and greasing flat ironer. Maintains production output according to level of room occupancy.
