The Student Care Coordinator, Retention Specialist, plays a crucial role in fostering a holistic environment that supports student success and persistence. This position is responsible for identifying at-risk students, developing intervention strategies, and coordinating retention initiatives to foster academic achievement, spiritual growth, and overall student engagement. The Student Care Coordinator will coordinate with other Student Care staff to identify barriers students experience and connect students to available resources. The Student Care Coordinator, Retention Specialist, collaborates with faculty, staff, and student support services to ensure students receive the guidance and resources needed to thrive and graduate.
