Our Human Resources team in Winnipeg is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships and partnering closely with leaders to shape a healthy, high‑performing organization. In this role, you’ll work directly with senior executives and technical teams across multiple provinces, acting as a trusted advisor on people strategy, organizational design, talent planning, and day‑to‑day employee relations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director, HR to deliver data‑driven insights, strengthen organizational capability, and support enterprise‑level initiatives across HR, IT, and business operations. Our team works in a hybrid model, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility based on business needs.
