About this role
The Town of Castle Rock has outstanding opportunities for a Head Lifeguard in our Parks and Recreation department. This position will be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean environment for all Town aquatics facilities, providing on-the-job training for new lifeguards and assisting the Pool Manager with pool maintenance. They will perform duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.
