About this role
As Guest Services Team Lead at Railey Vacations, you will be assisting with general administrative and leadership responsibilities assigned by the Guest Services Manager. Answering phones to help guest find the vacation home that would best fit their needs. In addition, the Guest Services Team Lead assists guest with resolution of any issues that arise upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure.
