Empath Health is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance that will work closely with our CFO to help direct the strategic financial operations of the organization. This individual will be a mission‑driven financial executive with deep healthcare leadership experience—ideally in hospice, home health, or a large health system and will serve as our next Vice President of Finance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading finance functions within complex, $1B+ healthcare organizations and has a strong track record navigating growth, M&A activity, and organizational change. This highly visible role requires exceptional executive presence, the ability to present confidently to the Board, and the capability to serve as a potential successor to the CFO.
