Summary of Functions: The role of the Junior Transaction Coordinator is to assist the Transaction Coordinator. Duties may include but are not limited to: enter new orders into the production system, order applicable searches, inspections and exhibits, order searches from the County including last owner/information certifications and child support searches, process curative items that require review and approval by the Title Examiner, orders bringdowns, updates taxes, water & sewer information for closing, schedule the file in the Settlement Book and sends scheduling letter, organize the Seller Side File and send out to Client, assist Transaction Coordinator with follow up and any other duties assigned to him or her by the Manager.
