About this role
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Training Specialist is responsible for the needs assessment and identification; research and development; implementation, maintenance and coordination; communication; improvement; and evaluation of comprehensive learning and development initiatives that improve SCF’s overall workforce performance, development, and readiness. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
