About this role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing client orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely fulfillment, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing internal processes to drive operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects (up to $2MM annually) while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with gross profit goals.
