Position Purpose: The Dietitian Team Leader manages and provides daily supervision for a team of dietitians within a multidisciplinary behavioral health clinic specializing in outpatient and intensive outpatient care for eating disorders. In addition to overseeing menus, nutritional standards, staff training, and quality assurance, this role delivers direct client care through nutritional assessments, education, meal planning, and group facilitation. The Team Leader serves as the primary point of contact for clinical problem-solving, team administration, and integration of nutrition services into individualized treatment into individualized treatment plans. This role promotes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and supports long-term health stabilization and recovery outcomes.
