About this role
This position serves as the General Manager for Asia, accountable for regional business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role leads the regional organization to achieve sales and service goals; develops and executes short- and long-term strategies aligned to global priorities; and owns regional operating plans, forecasts, and resource/budget management. This leader strengthens relationships with current accounts, develops new customers and distribution channels, and ensures the Asia business operates in full compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
