As the Revenue Technology Manager, you will act as Business Process Owner (BPO) for Neptune's CRM system, setting the direction for the go-to-market technology backbone that Revenue Operations runs on. You'll define requirements, priorities, and usage standards for the CRM and its supporting automation — including quote-to-order workflows and propagations, where you'll own the total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling that underpins Neptune's quoting process — partnering with Digital Technology on the technical build. You'll also define the use cases and requirements behind Neptune's AI deployments, and you'll be accountable for CRM data quality and automation coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the outcomes for CRM-and-adjacent automation, including the propagation-study workflow and quote-data push

• Own propagations, including total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling to support quoting and deal structuring

• Own CRM data quality standards

• Expand automation coverage across quote, order, and RMA workflows

• Define use cases and requirements for AI deployments (RMA automation, renewal forecasting, sentiment alerts) and partner with Digital Technology on execution

• Own vendor relationship and performance for Conexiom and other automation platforms supporting the quote-to-order workflow

• Partner with Marketing and Finance, in addition to Revenue Intelligence, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement & Deal Ops, to align system requirements with cross-functional needs

• Support scored-opportunity and lead-routing logic within the CRM, partnering with Revenue Intelligence and the Digital Technology team on execution

• Monitor and report on system performance, data quality, and automation adoption metrics

• Drive standardization of tools, artifacts, and process documentation across RevOps systems

Skills:

• 5-8+ years of experience in revenue/sales technology, CRM administration, or business systems analysis

• Experience owning CRM requirements and partnering with IT/Digital Technology on technical delivery within large-scale digital/business transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA implementations)

• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Conexiom) and AI-enabled workflow tools

• Experience with SAP ERP Preferred

• Strong requirements-gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent written and verbal communications

• Relentless passion and commitment to operational excellence – delivering in scope, on time, and on budget to the delight of our internal customers

• Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud Preferred
