About this role
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services that support food manufacturing operations. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position partners closely with Plant Operations, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Corporate functions to ensure uninterrupted plant performance and operational excellence. Indirect categories may include MRO (maintenance, repair & operations), sanitation supplies & services, PPE, packaging support materials, utilities, capital equipment, facility services, logistics services, IT systems, waste management, and professional services.
