Lexus of Lexington is looking for a friendly, professional part-time Hospitality Concierge with excellent customer service and communication skills! Schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday – 4:00PM-7:00PM (Reception) Saturday– 9:00AM-3:00PM (Cafe) Reception Job Duties Include: · Welcoming guests and directing them accordingly · Directing phone calls to the appropriate department · Retrieving, recording and delivering messages promptly · Performing basic administrative tasks as needed Cafe Job Duties Include: · Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival · Brewing coffee and ensuring coffee stations remain fresh, stocked and clean · Offering complimentary snacks to guests throughout the day · Ensuring that the café, lounge and playroom remain stocked and organized
