The Intake Coordinator serves as a single point of entry for in-patient admissions, managing daily patient intake operations that may include phone triage, addressing service requests, performing patient call backs and documenting all call activities. Responsibilities include scheduling, financial counseling, and insurance verification, at or outside the facility, depending on the nee
