We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support the daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting operations of a fast-paced printing and mailing company. This role is heavily focused on hands-on accounting responsibilities including reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end close, cash management, and operational accounting support. In addition, the position will oversee the Accounts Payable and Billing functions and provide guidance and support to team members responsible for those areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a production-driven environment.
