What will you do:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products, focusing on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.
• Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers.
• Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.
• Establish and extend best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices
• Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration within the embedded and hardware engineering domains.
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with total 9+ years of experience and minimum 4+ years as a Scrum Master
• Must have at least one Scrum Certification – CSM/ PSM1 and in-depth knowledge of agile and scrum practices and experience leading multiple scrum teams with different projects located across geographies with diverse cultures, and offshore environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in regulated industries like automotive, medical devices, or aerospace with exposure to CI/CD practices.
• Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, embedded systems, and software development processes with good understanding of hardware/software integration.
• Excellent Presentation Skills to be able to deliver various scrum trainings
