Job Summary Responsible for the performance, coordination and execution of all corrective maintenance work in a Government Healthcare environment. Responsible for supervising subcontractors and maintenance technicians performing construction, renovations and corrective maintenance projects. Coordinates projects logistics with hospital staff, safety department, and facilities department. Provides Project Management for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Projects.
