The Senior Director, Contract Administration provides enterprise leadership for the strategic oversight, negotiation, administration, and compliance of the organization's federal prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and related contractual agreements. This position oversees the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), agency-specific requirements, and customer contractual obligations. The role serves as the primary contractual advisor to senior leadership and as a key liaison with Government contracting officials, supporting successful customer relationships and organizational objectives.
