We are expanding our HR function and are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team.Onboarding of new starters from issuing contract to collating starter documentationCoordinate company induction process and ensure probationary review meetings are held and documented in timely manner.Ensure all HR record-keeping and filing is maintained to meet all legislative and policy requirementsMaintain and ensure information on HRIS system TMS is correct and that relevant paperwork is provided for all absencesAssist with the preparation of data to be provided to our external payroll processing companyProduce HR metrics and reports when requestedAssist with the recruitment process, screening candidates and related correspondenceProcess any reference requests, bank and mortgage forms etcAdministration of the health insurance schemesEnsure all employee Job descriptions are up to date, issued and signed.Ensure that each employee is appraised annually in line with the time lines agreeProvide relevant administrative support as required Minimum 1 years’ experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role To be successful in this role, candidate must have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functionDegree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline and / or CIPD member Good verbal and written communication skillStrong administrative skills, and high attention to detailA ‘people’ person with a positive attitude toward pressure and volumesOrganised and able to prioritise workload effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and relevant software applications What we offer: As an employer, we’re keen to look after our people with as much dedication as they look after our patients.
