About this role
HCRS seeks an agile and creative mental health clinician to provide a range of services to the students and families of the Springfield School District. Primary responsibilities of this role include: assessment, treatment planning, therapy, therapeutic case management, groups, consultation, parent education and other mental health services to children and their families in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will be familiar with mental health in schools, the special education process, and be comfortable supporting clients, families, and school personnel through highs and lows of the school year. Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage & Family Therapy is required, licensure preferred. The pay for this position is $53,696.25-$64,972 annually.
