About this role
MAIN FUNCTION::Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned, including organizing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, accompanying patients to exam rooms.Documents patient history, charting, collecting specimens, relaying instructions to patients, and assisting patients as necessary.Performs patient screening, including documenting patient history, performing medication reconciliation and obtaining vitals. *Additional responsibilities as needed. *Required to float to other GFP offices/locations based on business need.
