About this role
The Head Barista is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the coffee bar. This includes ensuring the highest quality of coffee preparations, maintaining consistency in beverage standards, training baristas, managing inventory, and assisting the Outlet Manager / Assistant Beverage Manager in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Secondary/High School EducationAdditional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantageMinimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity What is in it for you;
