The Head Sommelier is responsible for overseeing the entire wine program, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through expert wine service, well-curated selections, and seamless coordination with the culinary team. This role manages the sourcing, storage, and service of all wines and beverages, leads staff wine training, and contributes to maximizing wine sales and profitability while upholding the highest service standards.
