Maintaining the physical structure, mechanical systems, safety standards, and overall functionality of the property to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for guests and staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance department.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other departments for seamless project execution.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in engineering or maintenance roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably in a hotel operations.In-depth understanding of hotel building systems - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and fire safety.
Experience in managing refurbishment, renovation, or upgrade projects within hotels.
