About this role
The Trainer and Retention Executive is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle including on boarding, training, retention, and off boarding. The role ensures that employees are properly introduced, developed, supported, engaged, and exited in a structured, lawful, and dignified manner.
This is a practical role requiring daily presence within departments and close cooperation with Managers of Departments.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum three years experience in training, human resources development, hospitality, retail, or operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels
High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
Highly organised, detail focused, and self motivated
Fluent in spoken and written English
Working knowledge of HR systems is an asset
