About this role
Assists in leading the Resorts World Bimini Food and Beverage operation, inclusive of restaurants, bars, banquets and catering. Oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of Resorts World service strategy and brand initiatives. Ensures the food and beverage operation meets the guest needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department under the direction of the Director of Resort Operations.
