About this role
Works primarily as a Dealer and works as a Floor Supervisor as assigned. Responsible for dealing various table games in accordance with internal controls and IGC rules and regulations. Makes change and exchanges currency for chips as necessary. When serving as a Floor Supervisor, supervises the conduct of gaming at specified tables. Coordinate dealer’s schedules. Properly supplies and stocks equipment and materials to tables. Rates customers and establishes customer base. Arbitrates customer disputes as needed. Performs miscellaneous duties as directed.
