About this role
The Security Assistant Shift Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Security department by helping ensure compliance with Illinois Gaming Board regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures. This role assists with supervising and training Security Officers, assigning work, maintaining shift coverage, and promoting a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities also include reviewing incident reports and arrests, responding to emergencies and significant security incidents, and delivering exceptional internal and external guest service.
