About this role
This internship will be in our Global HR Services – HR Systems Operations team, responsible for sustaining and supporting operations and processes for all HR Systems.
You will support the processes and tasks related to MasterData/ MyHR
Your tasks include:
Ensure and control defined support processes to keep service level agreements (incident management, access management, standard change requests);Develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge and training materialsParticipate in global projects and ensure communication to the relevant stakeholdersClose co-operation with the team membersSupport the team with daily tasks Qualifications
