About this role
Responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment. Experience in high performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
