About this role
The Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery of EllisDon's construction projects across Central Texas. This position goes beyond traditional project execution; it is designed for a PM who can support projects of varying size and complexity, contribute meaningfully to proposal and pre-construction efforts, and help build EllisDon's long-term presence in the Texas market. Working closely with the Operations Director, Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Field Leadership teams, the Project Manager is accountable for project performance from pursuit through close-out, always prioritizing safety, integrity, client relationships, and sound business practices.
