About this role
As a Business Intelligence Manager, with a Data Science/ML Ops focus, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of advanced analytical solutions supporting the profitable growth strategies of our various P&C insurance portfolios. Known as Customer Lifetime Value, these solutions are used in marketing, targeting and strategic decisioning to help with decision-making, automate actions in our insurance systems, feed various analytical tools, and monitor our results. You will collaborate with various stakeholder groups within the organization, supporting them in their strategies through the alignment and execution of predictive modeling and data science best practices. You will lead a talented team and contribute to their development while overseeing complex technical projects.
