Job Description: Job Specification
• Develop relationships with a list of customers to ensure customer retention.
• Understanding customer requirements, objectives and pain points to craft business proposals or solutions.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries to customers are fulfilled on time and in full.
• Main contact point for customers that are allocated.
• Resolve any challenges or issues faced by customers.
• Generate a sales pipeline to ensure consistent development of new customers and increase in market share within the assigned territory.
• Strategizing sales targets to ensure represented refineries are fully and efficiently utilized.
• To assist in sales data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor credit limits, debtors’ aging, and late payments by customers.
Job Requirement
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales or account management roles.
• Experience in market research.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Comfortable working with numbers and calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), preferably at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and any additional languages relevant to the Malaysian market is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
