Hilton's commitment to being the best workplace extends to ensuring the complex landscape of California's Wage & Hour regulations are in compliance at all times. Human Resources in conjunction with Payroll and Hilton's Legal team have created systems and processes to review current practices and make recommendations to ensure on-going compliance within California's wage & Hour compliance. This role will partner with the team to provide centralized weekly audit support across each of the managed locations in California, processing audits of policies and practices as well as providing support to HR Leaders and payroll specialists.
