ADI is seeking a highly motivated Sr Component Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies, supplier leverage, and cost optimization across key direct material categories supporting our integrated product portfolio—including audio/visual, security, networking, surveillance, control systems, and smart home devices. This role will partner closely with engineering, product, quality, operations, finance, and global manufacturing partners to influence design decisions, improve BOM cost transparency, strengthen supplier resiliency, and drive long term margin improvement across ADI/Snap One's proprietary product platforms. The ideal candidate has deep experience in electronics/component sourcing, supplier negotiations, ODM/JDM/EMS commercial models, and early NPI engagement. This role requires someone who can move beyond transactional procurement to build sourcing strategies that improve cost, supply continuity, lifecycle readiness, and technology alignment across a global hardware port
