CCTV monitoring activities to ensure continuous surveillance of assigned areas</li> <li>Ensure cameras, recording systems, and monitoring equipment are functioning properly</li> <li>Monitor system alerts and investigate unusual activities in accordance with security procedures</li> <li>Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system faults or repeated technical issues</li> </ul> <p>Control Room Operations</p> <ul> <li>Ensure smooth operation of the Control Room and proper execution of monitoring procedures</li> <li>Oversee shift handovers and verify that incidents and observations are properly communicated</li> <li>Maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, and system activities</li> <li>Ensure control room procedures and security protocols are consistently followed</li> </ul> <p>Team Supervision and Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Supervise CCTV operators during shifts and ensure proper coverage of monitoring activities</li> <li>Assign duties and support staff to maintain effective control room operations</li> <li>Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure continuous control room coverage</li> <li>Provide guidance and feedback to team members to maintain professional performance</li> <li>Ensure team members follow established monitoring and reporting procedures</li> <li>Support recruitment activities by participating in interviews and providing input on candidate selection</li> </ul> <p>Fire and Life Safety Monitoring</p> <ul> <li>Monitor fire alarm and life safety system alerts from the control room</li> <li>Follow approved procedures when alarms or emergency alerts are activated</li> <li>Coordinate with on-site response teams and emergency services when required</li> <li>Ensure all fire and emergency events are properly recorded and reported</li> </ul> <p>System Maintenance Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Report equipment faults and coordinate with technical teams for repairs or maintenance</li> <li>Ensure routine testing and system checks are conducted as scheduled</li> <li>Monitor storage capacity and system performance to ensure reliable operation</li> <li>Support periodic testing of surveillance and safety systems</li> </ul> <p>Security
