of the security control room to ensure effective and uninterrupted functioning.</li> <li>Supervise and ensure that all security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, are fully operational and properly maintained.</li> </ul> <p>Monitoring & Surveillance</p> <ul> <li>Supervise continuous real-time monitoring of all secured premises and sensitive areas.</li> <li>Ensure prompt and appropriate response to security alerts, incidents, or potential breaches.</li> </ul> <p>Incident Management</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate security response teams during emergencies or critical situations.</li> <li>Ensure accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all security incidents and actions taken.</li> </ul> <p>Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Assign duties and responsibilities to control room operators based on operational requirements.</li> <li>Supervise team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and training on security procedures and protocols.</li> </ul> <p>Communication and Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary communication link between control room staff, security personnel, management, and external emergency services.</li> <li>Ensure clear and effective information flow during both routine operations and emergency situations.</li> </ul> <p>Compliance and Governance</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all control room activities adhere to company security policies, procedures, and applicable local regulations.</li> <li>Identify and report any non-compliance or security risks to relevant stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>Reporting and Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on control room operations, incidents, and performance.</li> <li>Maintain well-organized
