The position exists to provide operational assistance to the assigned beverage production line within statutory and organizational guidelines with The Objective of achieving the targeted volumes, line productivity, unit cost of production, and quality at the required time.</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Plan, coordinate, and monitor Production line operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while ensuring optimum machine utilization, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor process parameters, minimize downtime and rejects, and optimize productivity to achieve budgeted operational efficiency. </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Coordinate preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance activities for Production line equipment. Monitor machine health, mould performance, and utility systems to minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment availability. Analyze failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Ensure Production line comply with quality standards through effective process control, SPC monitoring, in-process inspections, and defect reduction initiatives. Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve first-pass yield.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:black">Plan and manage manpower allocation, casual labour deployment, overtime utilization, and operator productivity to achieve production objectives while maintaining labour costs within budget. Develop team competencies and maintain discipline and shift efficiency.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Monitor the efficient utilization of raw material and packing material and spare parts. Minimize material waste, control inventory, and support cost reduction initiatives to improve operational profitability.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with applicable Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHSMS). Implement GMP and 5S practices and fulfil responsibilities under the Emergency Response Plan to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Person Specifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in production operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong knowledge of production efficiency, product quality management, health and safety regulations, operational cost control, and preventive maintenance practices, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve key manufacturing performance indicators.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Sound technical knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Hot Filling operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and manufacturing performance management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Why Analysis, and OEE improvement techniques.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality assurance principles, and process capability monitoring.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of SAP/ERP applications, material management, and inventory control.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GMP, CCPs, and OPRPs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS).</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of utility management, cost optimization, waste reduction, and sustainable manufacturing practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with production KPI management, including productivity, yield, OEE, quality losses, labour efficiency, and operational cost control.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent operational planning and organizational abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making, problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, ability to manage production teams, casual labour, and overtime effectively, performance management and KPI monitoring skills, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management, ability to work under pressure in a shift-based manufacturing environment, and commitment to continuous improvement, quality excellence, and workplace safety.</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">If you are confident that you possess the above requirement, please send your cv, which includes the names of two non-related referees.
