The selected candidate will report to the <strong>Practice Manager.</strong></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p>The <strong>Executive – Client Services</strong> will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.</li> <li>Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.</li> <li>Coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.</li> <li>Monitoring, tracking, and documenting client interactions, service issues, and resolutions through the relevant systems.</li> <li>Preparing client reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting client onboarding activities.</li> <li>Gathering client feedback, recommending service improvements, and providing regular updates on account status and service performance.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p>The ideal candidate should possess:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.</li> <li>Proven experience in client services, account management, customer support, or a similar role.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.</li> <li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.</li> <li>A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Experience in the IT, SAP, consulting, or professional services industry will be an added advantage.</li> <li>Familiarity with helpdesk, CRM, or client management tools will be an added advantage.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p>If you’re up for the challenge, please send your resume to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>or Click on the advert to apply.
